The story worth telling
A short lesson needs a boundary. Choose the misconception or small skill you can actually show, then stop before it becomes a compressed lecture. The prompt should name the example and the point it proves.
Three things to capture
- The question or misconception
- A worked example
- The corrected understanding
Let the camera run a little before and after each action. Those extra seconds give you room to find a better cut.
Give the edit a shape
Ask one specific question
Work through the example
State what the example shows
Before you share it
Check the explanation against the source material. Captions should preserve technical terms and qualifications.
